LICENSE AGREEMENT OF ANTI-NODE DESIGN SOUND LIBRARIES (EULA)
This Anti-Node Design Library End-User License Agreement (or “EULA”) is a legally binding Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Licensee”) and Anti-Node Design (“Licensor”).
By purchasing any of the sound effects libraries on antinodedesign.com, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions laid out within this document.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Up on purchasing a sound effects libraries, the Licensor grants the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the sounds anywhere in the world, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
2. RIGHT GRANTED
Licensee may use the licensed sounds on an unlimited number of projects for the entirety of their life time.
synchronize the Sounds with personal and commercial projects without attribution.
Duplicate, modify, reproduce or re-record the Sounds for integrating them into Licensee Projects in which Licensee has been contracted to provide services for.
publicly perform the Sounds in respect to Licensee Projects.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee may not modify any of the sound effects libraries with intent to claim authorship.
Licensee may not include the Sounds, neither in original form nor altered (processed, mixed, etc), in any libraries for the purposes of commercial gain.
Licensee may not transfer, assign, share or sub- lease the Sounds with any other party unless multiple user licenses have been purchased.
Licensee must be the sole editor, otherwise a multi-user license will be required. For a multi-user license and pricing structure, MULTI-USER LICENSE
4. COPYRIGHT
Copyright of the Sounds are owned by Licensor. The Licensee must not claim ownership or authorship of the Sounds or the Sound Libraries.
5. ASSIGNMENT
Licensee may not assign the Sounds to any other party except for as necessary for use of the Sounds in a Production
6. TERMINATION
Licensor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event you must destroy all copies of the Sounds and Libraries in your possession.
7. INDEMNITY
The Licensee shall indemnify Licensor and Distributor from, and against any and all claims, demands, suits, awards, damages, suits, injuries, liabilities and all reasonable expenses, including attorney’s fees incurred by the Licensor and the Distributor with respect to any matter that arises as a result of the Licensee’s breach of this Agreement.
